A number of the Backpackers Club local contact members also hold evening meetings, usually at a pub in their area, at which members get together for a chat and to plan future weekend meets. Prospective new members are also welcome at these meetings


Under normal circumstances local pub meetings are held in many areas including


Buckinghamshire - Monthly meet on the first Tuesday of each month in Higher Denham.

Cheshire - Occasional pub meal meets at various locations.

Northamptonshire - Meet in September, November, January and March. at 7:30pm, various locations. .

Nottinghamshire - Monthly meetings at : The Crown Inn, Church Street, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1FY on the 3rd Wednesday in the month starting approx 7:30pm.
